A: Yes, we are a large trade and processing manufacturer specializing in producing various types of steel products
Q: How do you ensure the quality of your products?
A: Each product is manufactured by the certified workshop and inspected one by one according to the national QA/QC standards. We can also provide warranty to customers to ensure quality.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For inventory, we can ship the goods to the loading port within 7 working days after receiving the deposit. For the production period, we usually need 15 to 30 days after receiving the deposit.
Q: What are the packaging conditions?
A: Usually, we use rods or belts to pack the goods into bundles or rolls, and we can also pack the goods according to the customer's requirements.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T will be used as advance deposit, and 70% will be paid before delivery. We will show you photos and packaging before you pay the balance.
Q: Can you provide samples?
A: Yes, we can provide samples free of charge if there is stock, but the transportation cost is borne by the buyer.
